Cara's first sentence

Colin was sick today. So I threw together some good Chinese kid sick food. Congee. But, Cara inhaled it. And to our surprise, the beast who usually grunts said in a polite and almost mousy voice, "Mo jop jop?" translation: More congee??

ah, of course her first sentence would be regarding the replenishment of her food. of course....

Cara Plays Peekaboo

So, just as a warning - I'm talking in my 'talking to a baby voice', combined with annoying 'Peekaboo voice' with overtones of 'proud momma'. So please bear with that... other then that, please enjoy watching Cara learn the art of Peek-a-boo-ing.

Slideshows

Colin entered out lives 2.5 years ago, and since then - we've taken thousands upon thousands of photos. And having the photographer husband, it helps that our photos look friggin awesome. But other than having... thousands of great photos, it's not very useful to just have them on the hard drive.

I made photobooks, which I treasure and Colin reads them (I am currently making a photobook for Cara too), but we decided to take it to the next level and just make a montage of each of their lives thus far. They've been such a blessing to us, and we wanted to use the 2 avenues that are so important us to express just the impact our children have had on our lives. Photography and music. Please enjoy our LiLos (Little Lo's)

Rock and Roll Baby Girl

She is just having a stellar month. In her lifetime she has achieved so much - being birthed, latching, learning to projectile poo, and most recently sitting (yet to be mastered). And today she did another amazing feat..... please enjoy the video!

Cara!

For those who have been loyal readers and followers of my blog.... we do in fact have another child. I just haven't really posted anything on her, because she's still fairly young, and doesn't do or say silly things yet!

But, that will change today! Cara, did something specatular today. She's only 23 weeks old, and she..... sat. On her bum! Oh, how they grow.... soon she'll be learning to drive.... *sigh*
